Intuitively You Membership
Intuitively You is an online course designed to help you learn what Intuitive Eating is and how it can be applied to YOUR life. It will help you to make peace with food, remove the stress and food rules for good. You will also build up your body confidence so that you realise how truly awesome you are.
Here’s What You’ll Get For Your Money
Each week we have an online group coaching session. Groups are kept intentionally small so that they are more personal. We chat about Intuitive Eating, body positivity, and how to apply it to your life. The sessions will be themed, but we can talk about anything you want if there's something you want to dive in to.
You will have access to an online portal where you will find all of the membership downloads and resources.
You will have access to a private members only chat group for support through the week.
You can stay a member for as long as you want to. The beauty is that this isn't a time limited course. You don't complete your 8 weeks and then you're out in the cold on your own. No, you are welcome as long as you want to stay.

Sometimes we need to know that the person talking to us about this stuff is actually knowledgeable. I hear you. Here’s a bit about me.
I was there. In fact, I was there for many many years. I have wasted years of my life dieting from a very early age. The weight came off, then it went back on (plus a bit more), then I dieted and it came off, then it went back on again (with more again).
At no point in all of this was I happy.
I was never truly happy with what I had ‘achieved. I always wanted a bit more off. I was never ‘thin enough’. There is more to tell on my story and my journey through diets and eating disorders, but that’s for another time.
Right now I want to tell you that I know. I know how you feel. I know how fed up you are.
I feel your dissatisfaction, your pain, your despair.
I know how it is to not have a clue whether you are really hungry or not because you have lost touch with those feelings. Diets tell you what to eat and when to eat, so how can you possibly really know.
I also know that there is another way. I am living it!
A way to eat what you want without guilt. A way to be happy in your own skin without feeling the pressure to be skinny.
I want to help you to achieve that, which is why I created ‘Intuitively You’, a community where you can figure this stuff out with people who understand.

So many diets advertise themselves as having no restriction, but when you look into it further you see that there are foods that you have to cut back on and rules to stick to.

Noom - places food on a scale and asks you to track your food and calories
With Intuitively You you will learn how to use Intuitive Eating.
There is no counting, no food restriction, and no scale that says foods are better or worse than each other.
What Does Intuitively You Cost?
It's understandable to have questions. Here are a few that I've been asked about the membership so far. If your question isn't listed please drop me a message and I'll answer it for you.
Membership is a rolling monthly plan. There is no set end date. You can stay as long as you would like.
Once you are a member you will receive a link each week to access the online meeting. You can do this on phone, tablet, or desktop. If you can't take a video call you can join by phone call instead.
Not a problem. There will be a replay available for a week after, so you've got plenty of time to watch it. It's not as good as being there, but it's the next best thing. No need for FOMO here.
You will be able to log in to an online area, where all your information and learning modules will be stored. You will be able to access this on a desktop computer, a tablet or phone, so you have access wherever you are as long as you have internet access.
Your founding member offer applies for the time you remain a paying member. Unfortunately, if you take a break and stop paying for any reason that offer will end and you will come back in on the full regular member price.
When you register you will have 7 days in which to change your mind. If you would like to cancel during this time simply drop an email over to firstname.lastname@example.org and you'll be refunded.
Intuitive Eating can be a great tool for helping to correct some disordered eating behaviours. I have personally found it to be key to my recovery from binge eating disorder. HOWEVER, I am not a qualified eating disorder specialist. I cannot support you personally in your eating disorder treatment and your discretion is advised when deciding if this membership is for you or not. Intuitively You could work as a tool alongside your treatment if you are ready but please consult with your treatment team before signing up. I'm happy to answer any questions that you may have. Yes, this is me at Christmas!
I'd previously always hidden behind people in photographs, or seriously scrutinised every aspect of how I looked after, rather than seeing the happiness and the memories that had been captured.
This photo was the first time that we had had a celebration and I was happy to be seen in photographs. The first time that I had an event where I wasn't worried about the food I was eating.
